VP, Client Solutions

Our Vice President, Client Solutions develops and maintains successful and scalable relationships with C-level leaders that are with our existing client partners. You will be accountable for creating strategies to achieve pipeline and revenue objectives with innovative and evolving business solutions. You will manage each opportunity to close using sales processes and offering expertise. The position will ensure both growth and satisfaction among existing client base.

In this role you will:
  • Cultivate deep, value-based relationships with client stakeholders to identify opportunities, strategic motivators, buying process, imperatives, and decision makers that result in profitable new business
  • Create and manage consistent pipeline of potential opportunities across portfolio that targets voice, non-voice, and digital growth that aligns with personal annual sales targets
  • Create and deliver meaningful proposals to clients that clearly demonstrate value solutioning that is relevant to their business needs
  • Manage all strategic aspects of client relationships
  • Communicate account strategies effectively to key internal stakeholders in each functional area
  • Create value for our clients that generates a competitive advantage, cost savings, and/or new, profitable revenue stream
  • Facilitate strategic sessions with clients, providing thought leadership to improve value proposition and position
  • Build strong relationships and partner closely with internal operational colleagues to overcome challenges, resolve issues, and identify key improvements to enhance delivery
  • Create strategic growth plans for portfolio clients that include revenue forecasts Lead the development and execution of new initiatives, products, offerings, processes, etc. that result in renewals, retention, and new business
  • Conduct continuous analysis on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending company offerings
  • Remain well informed on day-to-day delivery results
  • Negotiate new contracts and renewals that result in favorable commercial terms and profitable returns
  • Leverage internal network and executive level team to aide in pursuit of new opportunities
  • Track monthly client forecasts against revenue targets
  • Provide in depth analysis of each client company, competitors, financial position, acquisitions, mergers, and all other relevant data points to help position our offerings.
  • Present strategic client strategies and target updates to executive leadership team
  • Consistently meet or exceed the expectation of our client partners, internal teams and management
  • Follow company new business sales process
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study
  • Minimum experience of 10 years in client facing, enterprise account management working directly with C-level client contacts
  • A proven track record of coaching a team to exceed their goals
  • Solid financial and strategic planning experience relating to large clients
  • Strong relationship building skills and a strategic approach to client development
  • In depth knowledge of customer experience call centers, BPO experience is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing fast growth environment
  • A desire to travel a minimum of 50%
