Our Vice President, Account Operations develops and maintains successful and scalable relationships with C-level audience in our client partners. You will be developing and enhancing strategic business partnerships by fully engaging and building trust with our client’s key decision makers to drive satisfaction and provide solutions to their challenges. You will also support the Account Management team and coach them in successful client support strategies.

In this role you will:
  • Build deep, value-based relationships with client stakeholders to deliver strong customer service solutions and develop strategy to enhance client programs
  • Communicate account strategies effectively to your teams and support them in achieving agreed upon goals
  • Facilitate strategic sessions with clients, providing thought leadership to improve The Results Companies’ value proposition
  • Monitor project launches to ensure all components are successful
  • Nurture accounts to increase volume and identify additional business within client
  • Understand all functional areas in the customer experience center to assist in streamlining processes to ensure the account’s success
  • Track weekly client forecasts against revenue targets
  • Present client strategy and target updates to leadership team
  • Consistently meet or exceed the expectation of our client partners, internal teams and management
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field of study
  • Minimum experience of 10 years in client facing, enterprise account management working directly with C-level client contacts
  • A proven track record of coaching a team to exceed their goals
  • Solid financial and strategic planning experience relating to large clients
  • Strong relationship building skills and a strategic approach to client development
  • In depth knowledge of customer experience call centers, BPO experience is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing fast growth environment
  • A desire to travel a minimum of 50%
