Join ResultsCX and be the voice of our customers. Our Technical Support Representatives – Onsite are committed in resolving customer issues. If you have positive attitude, patience, strong computer skills and the ability to solve problems, we want you!

How can you make a difference?
  • Provide excellent customer service and technical support
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
  • Navigate computer with multiple windows and screens
  • Effectively walk a customer through to complete all necessary troubleshooting steps while providing exceptional customer experience
To join our team, you need:
  • To be of legal working age 
  • At least high school diploma for old curriculum, SHS for new curriculum  
  • At least 6 months BPO experience 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute 
  • Basic computer navigation skills 
  • Broadband Internet Connection of at least 15Mbps 
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
