Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects and tasks according to strict deadlines and within budget, with consideration to revenue impacts. This includes gathering appropriate resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Senior Project Manager will be engaged on client focused projects from the RFP stage through implementation. This is a highly visible role with routine exposure to senior executives and managers across ResultsCX to support their decision making and drive progress on large scale client implementations and strategic initiatives. Ideally this person will be a collaborative thought leader who applies strategic thinking and a high degree of independence in executionIn this role you will:
• Responsible for new client launches from the WIN Team stage through Implementation, which includes participation on pre-sale and implementation client meetings as the voice of the OPs PMO • Support large-scale, implementations and strategic initiatives by partnering across departments to develop processes, solutions, and practices that support the broader organization. • Work with various stakeholders at different levels of the organization to manage projects and improve transparency. • Use advanced structured problem-solving skills to identify root causes and communicate impact of decisions to Project Stakeholders and Leadership. • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using approved tools, and track project milestones and deliverables. • Support business objectives in collaboration with management and stakeholders and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. • Effectively communicate project expectations and requirements to Team Members and Stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Coordinate tasks with appropriate personnel. • Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis and manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. • Estimate, plan, execute, and administer multiple projects across the full project lifecycle, varying from medium-to-large scale with respect to business impact. • Successfully apply the Results methodology and enforce project standards. • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. • Follow up with Clients, when necessary, to provide stakeholders with appropriate data to complete their work items. • Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client to ensure accuracy and consistency with objectives and plans. • Recommend improvements to established business processes while continuing to deliver high value in executionWe are looking for someone who has:
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in BPO • 5+ years of relevant project management or operational (leadership/management) experience • Competencies typically acquired through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an advanced degree or certifications preferred • Demonstrated success in managing large-scale projects across both internal and external entities • Experience in managing client relationships and communications – customer facingAbout ResultsCX:
