Sr. Manager, Insight and Analytics

The Sr. Manager, Insights and Analytics functions as subject matter expert and manager for  ResultsCX data science visions across specific organizational verticals, while providing thought leadership along with substantial personal contributions that influence business decisions and technological solutions for our business and our clients. They are the primary point of contact supporting our operations organization with analysis and data visualizations.

In this role you will:
  • Meet with Stakeholders to confidently convey process methodology, expectations, and objectively driven solutions.
  • Communicate timelines and milestones periodically to Stakeholders providing visibility into the process and proposed solutions.
  • Exceptional, professional communication skills both written and verbal; strong interpersonal communication and ability to work well in teams
  • Strong project management skills and ability to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point
  • Process complex, large scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and research
  • Design and implement statistical information quality procedures for new sources
  • Understand the principles of experimental testing and design, including population selection and sampling
  • Integrate information and process analysis packages to deliver actionable intelligence to our business and our clients
  • Establish standards and criteria for analytics products to be delivered to clients and customers
  • Perform statistical analysis in tools such as Call Miner, OLAP, SQL, SPSS, R/Python and Minitab
  • Be responsible for designing and implementing processes and layouts for complex, large- scale data sets used for modeling, data mining, and innovative research methodologies
  • Visualize and report data findings creatively to provide insights to the organization and our customers
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis of customer experience/sales (lead scoring, risk scoring, opportunity analysis), marketing, product patterns and offer redemption history to uncover insights into key performance drivers
  • Develop data-derived consumer cohorts/contact points and statistical models for marketing and operational analysis, offer optimization and offer assignment to improve consumer targeting and yield management
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, mathematics, data sciences, or related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience delivering models and algorithms that drive business decisions
  • Expertise of a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within own discipline/specialty area; basic knowledge of other disciplines/specialty areas
  • Experience working and meeting deadlines in an emerging and rapidly changing environment
  • Firm technical knowledge on business analytics and statistical tools and systems
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry preferred.
  • Passion for continuous learning, experimenting, applying and contributing to cutting edge open-source technologies and software paradigms
  • Creativity in a variety of visual formats that appropriately provides insights to the organization
  • Good working knowledge of various statistical methods and demonstrated capability to apply it to broad range of customer data including both structured and unstructured data
