Sr. Compliance Analyst

The Regulations and Compliance Analyst will display understanding of ResultsCX culture and competitive environment.

In this role you will:
  • Maintain ongoing oversight over ResultsCX compliance with regulatory, legislative, contractual and risk management requirements and reporting (ROC & SOC)
  • Assist with development and maintenance of compliance processes and checklists in different regions
  • Research and analyze regional regulations in geos where ResultsCX has business justification to have knowledge or current regulations
  • Research and analyze changes in regulatory and legislative requirements
  • Provide support to various departments and business units by participating on working committees and test groups as required
  • Maintain regular communication and contact with other sites and monitor and report on performance
  • Analyze new legislation to determine impact on risk exposure and ensure that compliance related activities are coordinated
  • Stay up to date on current regulations
  • Review Regulations and provide detailed summary of how they impact the organization when changes are to be made to those regulations
  • Assist with Client Risk Assessment Analysis when onboarding new clients to the ResultsCX organization
  • Perform other duties as assigned
We are looking for someone who has:
  • University Degree and 5 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with compliance and/or risk management/audit
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of HIPAA, compliance reporting such as ROC and SOC
  • Strong Organizational skills
