Our Sourcing Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of Sourcing Associates in high-volume sourcing of qualified candidates for open positions utilizing a variety of sourcing channels.

In this role you will:
  • Plan and implement long term and short-term sourcing activities
  • Increase company/employer brand awareness
  • Coordinate with external contacts for print and/or media advertisements; and Implement and advertise employee referral program
  • Facilitate educational tours when needed
  • Coordinate with universities for placement and/or other school activities
  • Strengthen LGU and NGO partnerships to develop branding and sourcing initiatives
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate branding activities, based on knowledge of company objectives,
  • Provide leadership and mentoring to Sourcing Associates
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Graduated from any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • The ability to work well with any level in the organization
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Call center experience
  • Experience in similar position
  • Experience in volume hiring
