Become part of the company’s top tier of Sales Representatives and be the voice of our clients! As Sales Experts, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the customer experience on both inbound and outbound calls. As the voice of the brand, you will help build strong relationships between our partners and their customers. If you love challenges, have a positive attitude, and have strong computer skills, this position is for you!

• Receive/ place calls with new and existing customers to renew or sell additional services or products to enhance their life
• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
• Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
• Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience

• To be of legal working age
• At least a high school or senior high school diploma
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to type 35 words per minute
• Basic computer navigation skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Contact Center experience is a plus
