Become part of the company’s top tier of Sales Representatives at ResultsCX Newtown and be the voice of our clients! As Sales Experts, you will be responsible for managing all facets of the customer experience on both inbound and outbound calls. As the voice of the brand, you will help build strong relationships between our partners and their customers. If you love challenges, have a positive attitude, and have strong computer skills, this position is fit for you!

How can you make a difference?
  • Receive/ place calls with new and existing customers to renew or sell additional services or products to enhance their lives
  • Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
  • Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
  • Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience
To join our team, you need:
  • To be of legal working age
  • At least high school diploma for old curriculum, SHS for new curriculum
  • At least 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to type 35 words per minute
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
