$12.50 - $13.50 per hour

Join ResultsCX and take pride in being the voice of our customers. Our Sales Representatives are empowered and responsible for managing all facets of the customer experience on Inbound and/or Outbound calls. You are the voice of the brand and help build a strong relationship between our partners and their customers!

• Receive/ place calls with new and existing customers to renew or sell additional services or products to enhance their life
• Communicate with customers over the phone, via email, and/or online chat
• Navigate a computer with multiple windows and screens
• Resolve any customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to type 25 words per minute
• Basic computer navigation skills and exceptional communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
• Any sales experience a plus
