If you are an experienced Recruiting Manager who understands high volume recruitment, we want to speak with you! Our Regional Manager of Site Recruiting will coach and manage teams responsible for site recruiting for multiple locations and will support ResultsCX staffing and business objectives by developing strategic recruiting plans.

In this role you will:

• Develop recruiting strategies and action plans consistent with best practices that support high-volume hiring requirements of the organization
• Serve as the primary liaison between senior site leadership and the site recruiting teams
• Participate in the development, implementation and administration of creative and strategic recruitment processes
• Manage the site recruiting budget and expenses to include planning monthly recruitment spending
• Oversee staffing of all open site positions within your region with a sense of urgency
• Manage designated site recruiting teams by providing leadership, mentorship, and direction
• Be responsible for maintaining a thorough understanding of all federal and state regulations affecting recruitment including selection and employment laws
• Contribute to the development and consistent execution of best practices in staffing and recruiting by using labor market analysis
• Implement strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response, and proactive recruiting needs for our growing company

We are looking for someone who has:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• A Minimum of 3 years of staffing experience in a high-volume fast pace recruitment environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A results-oriented approach with a high energy level and an enthusiastic attitude
• A strong attention to detail, is methodical, and is focused
• The ability to travel when needed
