The Supervisor, Recruitment for Recruitment Administration is responsible for managing high-volume and fast paced activities supporting ResultsCX.  The position reports to the Manager, Recruitment of Recruitment Administration and will interact with concerned internal and external teams, and will escalate concerns to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, contractual obligations, and internal policies and procedures. 

This position must utilize a CX360 mindset for ongoing improvement and fit for future.  This position also requires proper supervision of staff including but not limited to coaching, performance evaluation, etc.

In this role you will:

Process Related Tasks

  • Create process flow of full cycle onboarding to document onboarding for each account and LOB, including pre-start, on assignment and offboarding process for full-time and project-based employment
  • Engage and inform concerned TA leaders on progress of talent in the onboarding process, and communicate any potential delays and assistance needed
  • Partner with TA Leadership to decrease turnaround time of placement start, uphold compliance standards and decrease attrition during pre-onboarding
  • Ensure talent are compliant from both company and client requirements, with varying complexity; escalate appropriately
  • Manage team of Administration Specialists and Senior Specialists performing high volume onboarding of Results talent; this includes talent contact, confirmation all client and company requirements are met both prior to and during assignment/employment

Reports Related Tasks

  • Manage internal and external tracking databases, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate
  • Provide weekly status report giving detailed information on the employment activity
  • Create and update local and global recruiting reports
  • Work within given budgets by tracking recruiting expenses for cross-charging to various departments
  • Report on recruiting activities to management, identifying problem areas and potential solutions

Back Office Tasks

  • Work with internal HRIS systems
  • Completes all necessary documentation to avoid potential serious discrimination complaint consequences
  • Secures the services of contract employment, following the same procedures as that for regular full-time employment

People Management Tasks

Orient and Train

  • Provide appropriate orientation as needed by the employee
  • Give employees the information, technology and reference materials necessary to perform their jobs
  • Training is an ongoing activity, crucial for new staff as well as for long-term staff who take on new responsibilities or who experience changes in the way their existing duties need to be performed. Those who take on new responsibilities or experience job changes typically need additional direction and guidance for a period of time until new work becomes more familiar

Assign work

  • Assign certain duties to the employee, explaining how those duties are to be done (i.e. what level of performance will meet the supervisor’s expectations) and communicate how the successful performance of those duties will be measured
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Communication: solid communication skills, both oral and written.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates
  • Issue Analysis and Problem Solving: problem identification and solution recommendation and implementation
  • Critical Thinking: a sense of urgency and impatience with the status quo. Can generate new ideas and manage them into reality.  Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically, with the ability to anticipate trends and assess consequences accurately
  • Multi-tasking: ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Can process a high volume of detailed work in a short time frame
  • Planning and Organizing: ability to plan, organize and schedule workflow to meet rigid project deadlines. Can organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented and rapidly changing business environment. Ability to organize and maintain confidential files
  • Budget Management: understands recruitment budgetary concerns and be able to meet goals within those guidelines
  • Stakeholder Management: ability to work with progressive levels of management. A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with executives both within the company and with partners
  • Work Management: Has the ability to follow through on work assignments with limited supervision
  • Customer service orientated
  • Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

 Work-related Experience:

  • With no less than five years related work experience from a reputable BPO and at least two years people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work and lead a team
  • Strong working knowledge and proven experience of standard talent onboarding procedures
