The Recruitment Manager is responsible for the activities of identifying local sources of potential candidates for a designated Results-CX contact center site. You will be responsible for research and development of local recruitment marketing strategies through execution to meet organizational hiring objectives.

In this role you will:
  • Connect with the local community leadership and organizations to foster strong community ties with Results-CX.
  • Actively engage via events, organizations, local social media to attract local talent.
  • Develop relationships with high schools and colleges in the surrounding area to establish and maintain a candidate pipeline
  • Work closely with hiring managers to prepare and administer offer packages, and work with the HR team to facilitate the transition to on-boarding as new employees
  • Communicate with leadership on the status of recruiting programs as required by recruiting engagements
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Recruiting/ High Volume Staffing: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in sourcing, networking, cold calling, social media, and candidate research.
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver results within a fast-paced environment
  • Has experience building relationships within the community
