Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the entire product life cycle from planning to execution in support of organizational strategy and objectives. Researches and analyzes market conditions and identifies key consumer trends and opportunities for product innovation/enhancements. Determines product features and functions and oversees product development liaising with cross functional teams. Prepares product documents and supports sales and marketing with the necessary product knowledge and technical expertise. Uses market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drives present/future product direction.

In this role you will:
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans to advance new tech offerings from concept to product
  • Create and grow structured branding for IT product ecosystem
  • Develop product playbooks defining products, positioning, and strategy
  • Build sales slideware and train Sales team on new products
  • Serve as Marketing – IT liaison, attending IT team calls regularly and keeping Sales & Marketing informed of developing initiatives
  • Plan collateral and promotional events for tech products
  • Provide messaging strategy for tech product marketing copy and events
  • Maintain expertise of changing market demands, language, and competitive landscape relative to BPO tech solutions
We are looking for someone who has:
  • 3-5+ years of experience as product manager
  • Experience in business process outsourcing or similar business-to-business industry
  • Strong marketing background
  • Advanced PowerPoint skillset
  • Ability to develop and manage product development process independently
  • Experience writing product playbooks (samples required)
  • Capacity to learn and teach a wide range of technical concepts
  • Affinity for simplifying complex concepts for learners and clients (example topics include digital CX, artificial intelligence (AI), business process automation (BPA), gamification, data security and regulatory compliance)
