Our Performance Insights Analyst is responsible to find, evaluate and analyze data to provide actionable financial impacting insights.

In this role you will:
  • Provides superior customer service
  • Defines problems, collects data and establishes facts to draw conclusions
  • Delivers final readouts and explains analytical methods
  • Acts as expert in data searching
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Bachelor Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics or related
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Call Center Operations and Analytical roles
  • Proficient and effective English verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows and Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong drive to complete urgent requests
  • 2 years Call center Analyst experience Experience is preferred.
