Manager, Software Products

The Software Products Manager is expected to be a strong communicator with the ability to cross function with the entire organization. This individual should be able to analyze, document and decide how to tackle complex requirements and impediment challenges from a strategic value driven standpoint.

In this role you will:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
  • Coordinate cross functional department efforts
  • Focus on continual team growth
  • Produce and maintain product roadmap for executive team and stakeholders
  • Update Executive team on Performance and Blockers
  • Communicate with Internal and external Product stakeholders to gather proper busines
  • Maintain and groom Product Backlog
  • Oversee onboarding and training of new hires
  • Prioritize product development (Sprint backlog) based on effort to value scores.
We are looking for someone who has:
  • Minimum 2-4 years’ of project management experience
  • Experience Leading Distributed Scrum team
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • Problem solving skills 
  • Proactive attitude
  • Experience with unit testing 
  • Experience working remotely 
  • Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environment

Nice to have:

  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Scrum Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Jira/Confluence experience
  • Experience with unit testing
  • Experience working within a continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) environment
  • Strong personality
  • Relational database experience
