What job duties can I expect to perform as a Customer Service Representative?
  • Placing orders with suppliers over the phone, email, or online platforms
  • Providing credit card payments to suppliers
  • Verifying order confirmations and following up with the supplier to confirm information accuracy
  • Communicating with customers via email
  • Providing different documents to suppliers when needed (tax exemption certificates, permits
  • for purchase, etc.)
  • Answering inbound calls from suppliers and customers
  • Handling different types of escalations (canceled orders, wrong deliveries, incorrect prices/quantities of ordered items)
  • Providing new credit card details to suppliers
  • Creating customer accounts with suppliers
What requirements must I meet to join the team?
  • Basic computer navigation skills and strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Analytical thinking
  • Multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good soft skills (professional communication and active listening)
What do I need to be considered for a site-based work from home opportunity?

This position requires you to independently have access to the following during all working hours:

  • High Speed Internet with minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and a minimum upload speed of 6 Mbps
  • Ability to connect directly to your internet service provider modem with an ethernet cable, WIFI is not acceptable
  • Private, dedicated workspace in your home that is free of background noise and distractions
  • If all above requirements are met, the necessary equipment will be provided
