The best candidates have a clear understanding of sales, lead conversions, are motivated by success, have a proven record of meeting/exceeding goals and are ready to increase their income.

What will you be doing?
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by generating sales from a cold call list
  • Call potential customers and turn them into sales leads
  • Manage the customer relationship from initial call through close
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email
  • Keep up to date on product knowledge, industry information and competitive landscape
How will you make a difference?
  • Selling products and services to prospective customers using solid sales skills and overcoming objections
  • Performing cost-benefit analyses for existing and potential customers
  • Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
To join our Sales Team, you need:
  • A High school diploma/GED required; Associates/Undergrad preferred
  • 1-2 years of sales experience at a minimum; open to more experience salespeople
  • Collaborative, team-player mind set
  • To be highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Learn quickly and want to get into sales and away from traditional jobs
  • To be willing to get outside of your comfort zone and engage multiple customers daily
  • A willingness to learn from an experienced sales leader
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
